Our company is officially present on the market since 2002 under the name of “BLB Sp. z o.o.”. Starting on the Norwegian building and yard branch area. In 2004 changed into “Intermundia”. During 2006 we have also entered the Finnish market by supporting welders for shipyards. This just a few years of existence was enough to reach a high market position, confidence of cooperating companies and gather a rich database of people whose qualifications meet the demands of an international employer.
Nowadays, one of the institutions we cooperate with is the Gdańsk University of Technology and Maritime Academy in Gdynia, which guarantees the ongoing access to the graduates with degrees and esteem recognised in whole Europe. We have also managed to create and developed a network of contacts with various companies in Poland. They may not only be a source of professional work force, but can also function as a production subcontractors. All of these characteristics give Intermundia the potential to react flexibly and adapt to the dynamics and changes of modern work market.
